Selene Yeager
Selene Yeager is the Leader and Content Manager of Feisty Menopause and host of the Hit Play Not Pause Podcast. She is a top-selling professional health and fitness writer who lives what she writes as an NASM certified personal trainer, USA Cycling licensed coach, Pn1 certified nutrition coach, off road racer, and former All-American Ironman triathlete.
Dr Vonda Wright
For 20 years Dr. Vonda Wright, has dedicated her work and research as an orthopedic surgeon, elite sports doc, public speaker, published author, biotech consultant, non-profit founder, and health innovator to optimize aging and compel us to live more, do more, excel more, and live vitally as we age.
Dr. Carla DiGirolamo
Dr. Carla DiGirolamo is a double Board-Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist who specializes in the care of reproductive age and mid-life women. She has over 18 years of experience practicing as a fertility specialist and more recently as a menopause health specialist. She is also an endocrine consultant for Wild Health. She has been featured in Boston Magazine’s Top Doctors in the Boston area for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Lynda Rowan
Lynda has been coaching sport for 30 years and looks to inspire others by working with people’s strengths both physically and mentally “You never know if you don’t give it a Go” and “Be the best I can be on that day”.
